Valerian Root Tea for Sleep

Ingredients
- Dried Valerian Root1 tsp
- Hot Water1 cup
Instructions
- Place the dried valerian root in a tea infuser.
- Pour hot water over the root in a mug.
- Cover and let it steep for 10-15 minutes. It has a strong, earthy smell.
- Remove the infuser and drink about 30 minutes before bedtime.
