Ingredients
- Uncooked, whole oats1 cup
- Warm water1 bathtub full
Instructions
- Grind the oats into a fine powder using a blender or coffee grinder.
- Test if the powder is fine enough by stirring a tablespoon into a glass of warm water. It should dissolve and create a milky liquid.
- As your bathtub fills with warm (not hot) water, slowly sprinkle the powdered oats in.
- Stir the water to distribute the oatmeal evenly.
- Soak in the tub for 15-20 minutes.
- After the bath, pat your skin dry gently with a soft towel.
