Ingredients

  • Uncooked, whole oats1 cup
  • Warm water1 bathtub full

Instructions

  1. Grind the oats into a fine powder using a blender or coffee grinder.
  2. Test if the powder is fine enough by stirring a tablespoon into a glass of warm water. It should dissolve and create a milky liquid.
  3. As your bathtub fills with warm (not hot) water, slowly sprinkle the powdered oats in.
  4. Stir the water to distribute the oatmeal evenly.
  5. Soak in the tub for 15-20 minutes.
  6. After the bath, pat your skin dry gently with a soft towel.
