Instructions

  1. Combine elderberries, water, and cinnamon stick in a saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 30-40 minutes.
  3. Mash the berries to release their juice.
  4. Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a jar.
  5. Once the liquid has cooled to lukewarm, stir in the raw honey until dissolved.
  6. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 months.
  7. Take 1 tablespoon daily for immune support.
