Ashwagandha Root Tincture for Stress

Ingredients
- Dried Ashwagandha Root1 part
- High-proof alcohol (e.g., vodka)5 parts
Instructions
- Fill a glass jar about one-third full with dried, cut ashwagandha root.
- Pour the alcohol over the root until the jar is full.
- Seal the jar tightly and store it in a cool, dark place for 4-6 weeks.
- Shake the jar daily to help with the extraction process.
- After the steeping period, strain the liquid through a cheesecloth into a dark glass dropper bottle.
- Take 1-2 droppers full in a little water, up to three times a day.
